I am writing you to thank you and your team: I can't say how happy I was when I saw your team have fixed the rubbers under the drain grill in front of the garage door. When the drain grill is loose, it makes a loud noise by passing each car which is really annoying and is loud enough to be heard inside the apartment. Moreover, the maintenance team did a great job during the past winter. As you know we had a very wet winter. We were seeing how the floor was being cleaned up and mopped frequently and was kept clean.
